Novels with male protagonist I would like to recommend~ whether they are OP or not, that's not the criteria.

I am a very queer, very outspoken member of the LGBT community and am always looking for novels with queer themes. These are my favourite novels with such themes - if you want to read about authentic and realistic portrayals of queer relationships, this list is of you. 

LGBT characters and queer novels are often subjected to being fetishised by both the author and the fandom. There are sadly few books written by LGBT authors, FGEP is thankfully one of them (and you notice the difference!). The books on this list are not perfect, but that is impossible, anyway. But, I can wholeheartedly say, that they have good representation and are portrayed in a healthy, respectful way, most of the time  (which can't be said for a lot of other novels).

Last but not least:
As much as I love MXTX's novels, her first two novels especially are full of cliches and over-used tropes, while the story still remains good. An actual human being isn't defined by their preferred position during s*x - you are allowed to switch it up! I swear, Luo Binghe and Hua Cheng want to be topped so bad, I don't get why the fandom tries so hard to restrict them. Build an opinion for yourself and tread carefully - the s*x scenes are often... unusual, to say the least.

I-its not like I-I like tsunderes or anything! E-especially if they are guys. It's not cute at all! It's totally gross!!

Just a frequently updated list of completed Chinese novels that I've finished reading and enjoyed. All of them fall under the romance category and feature a happy ending.

If you want good novels, then you've come to the right place.

Though if you are searching for harem novels and cliche titles, then i am afraid that you've come to the wrong place and should probably find another list. I dislike harems, repetitive novels and just bad novels in general. I made this list to invalidate the claims that NU doesn't contain any good novels anymore. I know the vast majority of translated works caters to the harem/anti-hero loving part of the community, but i quite frankly dislike the vast majority of titles in those genres due to how bad they are. As a result, i have created this list to include novels that IMO stand out due the excellent execution in story beats, excellent translations/localization (English primarily) and just have good characters. That's all.

In these novel Woman are equally as important and beautiful as their counterparts or maybe even more

Here is the best Xianxia Novels in my opinion. Nothing much to say. I didn't count the novels that less than a hundred chapters.
